Job Description

The inside sales manager is responsible for proactively driving revenue growth for the company through the growth of new software license sales, upselling of software license features, selling of ancillary products and services available through the software platform, and increasing utilization of the existing products and services that the clients are using while also driving profitability for the company. The inside sales manager is responsible for having intimate knowledge of all features and benefits of the full range of products and services that OPDT has to offer and must be a resource as the first point of contact to a new and existing client. The inside sales manager must also coordinate with customer service, finance, education, and consulting services to insure a seamless onboarding of a client once the close of a sale occurs. In addition to the day to day responsibilities, the inside sales person will be responsible for organizing, managing, and attending required state conferences, national organizational shows, and required educational events that have sales opportunities that are deemed appropriate by management.

Job Requirements

  • >10 Years of Inside Sales Experience
  • Strong Verbal Communication
  • Excellent Team Building Capabilities
  • Experience in working with cross functional teams in a collaborative and effective manner to create winning scenarios for the greater whole. Demonstration of a team player is preferred
  • Strong negotiation skills
  • Ability to speak and educate in front of large groups
  • Effective Presentation skills and ability to create quality and professional presentations
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Demonstrated track record of exceeding sales quotas and/or targets consistently
  • Extremely Responsive and Timely
  • Detailed oriented and experience in handle contracts and sales proposals
  • Experience with CRM tools and customer analytics packages
  • Ability to operate effective within Microsoft Excel and other office based tools
  • Ability to analyze customer data and create account plans
  • Ability to handle confrontation and deal with objections
  • Experience in consultative selling would be a bonus
  • <15% travel annually

Salary and Commission Plan

  • Base Salary – Available During Interview
  • Commission Plan is Based on Revenue Growth Targets Set by Director of Sales and CBDO
