As the DevOps Technical Lead, you will be focused on delivering and supporting a cloud-based infrastructure hosted on AWS and GCP. You will be a hands-on technical leader responsible for helping to design, develop, and maintain processes and procedures for application configuration and deployment. You will collaborate with various teams and departments to ensure service level agreements internally and externally.

Essential Functions:

  • Lead a team of highly motivated engineers to deliver organizational goals effectively
  • Provide technical expertise to drive design, process, and maintenance aspects of DevOps framework
  • Contribute to critical KPIs and Service Level Indicators to drive the evolution of DevOps Frameworks
  • Mentor and guide the professional and technical development of your team members
  • Participate in the recruitment and onboarding of new team members
  • Create and deliver automation software required for building and improving the functionality, availability, and manageability of applications
  • Build and maintain an AWS and GCP cloud infrastructure architecture aligning security, compliance, performance, and resilience
  • Develop patterns and practices for CI/CD pipelines across multiple technologies and deployment targets
  • Collaborate with peers in Engineering, Product Management, QA, Customer Support, and DevOps
  • Ensure that infrastructure supports NIST, HIPAA and related compliance obligations

Required Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:


  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent
  • 6+ years or more of relevant professional experience in DevOps
  • 2+ years of experience leading high performing teams
  • Familiarity working in a lean and agile software delivery team
  • Experience in stakeholder relationship management
  • Strong understanding of system design at scale
  • Expertise in CI/CD pipelines
  • Expertise with Docker, Kubernetes, or other orchestration tools
  • Knowledge of Database systems (SQL & NoSQL)

  • Demonstrated ability to identify technology gaps in current capabilities and processes

  • Extreme attention to detail and willingness to roll up your sleeves
  • Creative troubleshooting skills and out-of-the-box thinking
  • Ability to learn various technologies and topics
