This document does not specially address privacy concerns related to OPIE Purchasing and Inventory, OPIEHelp.com or other websites that may be linked directly from our App Services. Furthermore, this document does not address information collected about you or your facility through the broader business relationship between your facility and OPIE Software.
We automatically collect information about you when you access or use our App Services.
Our App Services use third party services that may collect information used to identify you.
We use your personal information to improve our App Services’s user experience, to improve outreach and for our own marketing efforts (including marketing our services and products to you), and to determine general marketplace information about user.
We use third-party companies to assist us in analyzing how our App Services are used. These third parties have access to your Personal Information, however, they are obligated not to disclose or use the information for any other purpose.
We will use your personal information to communicate with you about our App Services or other OPIE Software products or services. Additionally, OPIE Software manages relationships with 3rd party vendors. In limited circumstances, these 3rd party vendors may be provided your facility's contact information.
We take reasonable measures, including administrative, technical, and physical safeguards, to protect information about you from loss, theft, misuse, unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, and destruction.
