Weekly WIP Review

Did you know the WIP is the lifeblood of your practice?

Join your peers and Paul as we walk through the steps to clean your WIP and work smarter, not harder in your practice. This is a weekly session where we learn how to master keeping a clean WIP and working side-by-side with others in your practice to make sure the patients are moving through your system as smoothly as possible. You will use the WIP: AIM for Success tool to speed through the key questions that help you define and maintain an accurate WIP in your practice. Come once, come weekly- this is something that you practice, so the more times you show up the better!

Challenge yourself to constantly improve and learn how to answer the following questions affirmatively:
When you open your WIP, is it 100% accurate?
Are all the completed patient Rx's off the WIP?
Can you accurately tell me the value of all Work in Progress?
Can you accurately predict the value of the work that will be completed in the next 30 days?
Are your internal processes so well established that each office and each practitioner have a Clean WIP weekly?
