As a current customer, this document serves to support but not replace details already communicated via the Master Service Agreement, Business Associates Agreement and any other contracts already signed by your company.

We will use your personal information to communicate with you about our App Services or other OPIE Software products or services. Additionally, OPIE Software manages relationships with 3rd party vendors. In limited circumstances, these 3rd party vendors may be provided your facility’s contact information.

We have implemented commercially reasonable and industry appropriate measures including administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect information about you from loss, theft, misuse, unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, and destruction. Please see your Business Associate Agreement or contact OPIE Software for additional details. To be clear, however, the safety and security of your information also depends on you. Where we have given you (or where you have chosen) a password for access to certain parts of our Website, you are responsible for keeping this password confidential. We ask you not to share your password with anyone.
The transmission of information via the internet cannot be completely secure. Although we do our best to protect your personal information, we can’t guarantee the security of your personal information transmitted to our Website. Any transmission of personal information is at your own risk. We are not responsible for circumvention of any privacy settings or security measures contained on the Website.
Choices About How We Use and Disclose Your Information; Your Rights, if Applicable, Under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) and Similar Legislation

Privacy Policy for Mobile App Services
This Privacy Policy (“Policy”) explains how information about you is collected, used, and disclosed by your use of OPIE Anywhere (“App Services”). Furthermore, it explains how information entered into our App Services is used by OPIE Software.
This document serves to support but not replace details already communicated via the general Privacy Policy and contracting documents already signed by your company.
This document does not specially address privacy concerns related to OPIE Purchasing and Inventory, OPIEHelp.com or other websites that may be linked directly from our App Services. Furthermore, this document does not address information collected about you or your facility through the broader business relationship between your facility and OPIE Software.
Information Collection about You
We automatically collect information about you when you access or use our App Services.
Log Information: We obtain information about your use of application including the type of device you use, access times, your IP address and features you use.
Email: Submission of feedbacks to OPIE Software include your email address.
Our App Services use third party services that may collect information used to identify you.
