• As a current customer, this document serves to support but not replace details already communicated via the Master Service Agreement, Business Associates Agreement and any other contracts already signed by your company.

• Mobile information will not be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

We may use third-party companies to assist us in analyzing how our Services are used. If these third parties have access to your Personal Information they are obligated not to disclose or use the information for any other purpose.

Communications with You

We will use your personal information to communicate with you about our App Services or other OPIE Software products or services. Additionally, OPIE Software manages relationships with 3rd party vendors. In limited circumstances, these 3rd party vendors may be provided your facility’s contact information.

We have implemented commercially reasonable and industry appropriate measures including administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect information about you from loss, theft, misuse, unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, and destruction. Where we have given you (or where you have chosen) a password for access to certain parts of our Website, you are responsible for keeping this password confidential. We ask you not to share your password with anyone.

The transmission of information via the internet cannot be completely secure. Although we do our best to protect your personal information, we can’t guarantee the security of your personal information transmitted to our Website. Any transmission of personal information is at your own risk. We are not responsible for circumvention of any privacy settings or security measures contained on the Website.

Choices About How We Use and Disclose Your Information; Your Rights, if Applicable, Under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) and Similar Legislation

Where our processing is based on our legitimate interests, you are entitled to object to this on grounds relating to your particular situation, and we will then no longer process the personal data unless we demonstrate compelling legitimate grounds for the processing which override your interests, rights, and freedoms or for the establishment, exercise or defense of legal claims.
