He fully understand the frustration of being relegated, by Medicare law, to the role of “Supplier,” in spite of holding advanced education and deep clinical expertise that often exceeds that of the prescriber. In this week's blog he covers a strategy that may help you champion collaboration that honors both the letter and the spirit of federal regulations, all while promoting optimal patient outcomes.

Scott is in Spokane this week for our final MasterMind meeting of the year. We are empowering a select group of advanced users who have been to at least one other MasterMind event and have been following our education. They have been provided some new powers and features that so far have not been seen outside of Paul’s practice. To say they are giddy is an understatement. Read on in this week's blog on our website!

Rising above tragedy in this week's blog by Scott Williamson. The assassination of Charlie Kirk on Wednesday sent shockwaves throughout our profession and beyond, sharply reminding us of the dangers in abandoning respectful dialogue. Regardless of our individual views, violence breeds division and undermines our shared mission. As allied health professionals, we can model how to bridge differences with dignity, compassion, and collaboration. I am heartbroken at the way our country is polarizing and in this blog I try to unpack how Kirk’s murder highlights the urgent need for teamwork and honoring diversity of thought in daily practice—so our workplaces foster resilience rather than resentment.
