Scott Williamson
With a tenure spanning over 35 years in business management, Scott Williamson has dedicated over two decades exclusively to the O&P (Orthotics and Prosthetics) arena. He stands tall as the founder and CEO of Quality Outcomes and currently spearheads initiatives as the Executive Director for Education and Business Intelligence at OPIE Software.

Scott's driving mission is clear: to empower and support leaders in the orthotics and prosthetics realm. He does this by offering cutting-edge practice management solutions combined with insightful data analytics intertwined with his background in economics and game theory. This unique approach ensures that decision-making is consistently informed, whether it's about clinical outcomes or business strategies.

Data forms the bedrock of Scott's vision for the O&P profession. His unwavering dedication is evident in his commitment to data-informed collaboration, fostering shared best practices, and refining workflows and care delivery processes. Scott is deeply motivated by the potential of data to propel the entire O&P profession into new realms of excellence.

Beyond his corporate roles, Scott is deeply entrenched in the broader professional community. He has previously donned the hat of president for OPAF (Orthotic and Prosthetic Activities Foundation) and continues to contribute to its mission by currently serving on the board of the Center for Orthotic and Prosthetic Learning. His involvement doesn't stop there. Scott is an integral part of numerous projects that aim to shape and advance the future of the orthotics and prosthetics profession.

Manager of Customer Experience

Susanne Kazsa
Susanne has over 25 years of experience in the healthcare profession, providing, training, consulting, management, and implementation services, for a wide range of patient care organizations throughout the United States, Canada, and Australia. She has been with OPIE Software since 2015 and utilizes her experiences, education, management, and problem-solving skills, to assist every person she works with. Recently, Susanne joined OPIE’s Events and Education team, and enjoys working with and celebrating the successes of our partners in the O&P Profession.
