Claim Narratives

The addition of claim narratives can have a significant impact on the processing of a claim, not only whether it will pay, but how much will be paid. O&P Insight will review the most common circumstances that warrant a claim narrative and provide detailed guidance on what that claim narrative should say for optimal claim processing.

Learning Objectives:

- An explanation of why claim narratives are so important

- The most common situations that require a claim narrative

- What to include in an effective claim narrative
